I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, the presence of old cobwebs was a major downside. The service was a bit hit and miss, with a mix of feeling welcome and encountering rudeness. On the bright side, the location was perfect with exciting amenities for families, but the dining options were somewhat lacking.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable but unfortunately not soundproof, making it hard to sleep in. The service was a bit rude and abrupt, lacking a welcoming feel. On the bright side, the location was ideal, close to everything in town with fun amenities for kids, but there was some confusion with the room numbering. The dining options were enjoyable, especially the French pastries. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
